Min-conflict Heuristics (Minton, et al. 92)
When determining a value for a variable, select a value that minimizes the number of conflicts.
- An agent selects a value that satisfies all constraints with higher priority agents, and satisfies as many constraints with lower priority agents as possible.
- can be regarded as the consideration/kindness of higher priority agents to lower priority agents
