Submitted files should be in PDF (preferable) or PostScript format.
The submitted papers should be in the final camera-ready form, suitable
for publication in the proceedings.
The papers are limited to 6 pages in length.
The format is the `regular' two-column ICASSP format. To help you prepare your paper, we provide the following files (adapted or copied from the ICASSP conference).
-This one-page template summarizes the required format.
-Using these LaTeX style file 1, LaTex style file 2 are the simplest way to go. It can be used with both LaTeX 2.09 and
LaTeX2e. See the instructions in the file header.
-See ICASSP 2003 submission kit step1 for more details.
-Make sure that you are not using non-standard fonts, such as Chinese fonts,
Japanese fonts, etc.
