Masakatsu Ohta
Biography
Masakatsu Ohta received B.E. and M.E. in Materials Science and Engineering from Nagoya University in 1987 and 1989, respectively. He joined NTT Laboratories in 1989 and have been engaged in pattern recognition, knowledge-based systems, and decision making models.
