rpt_mv command

    (A) Function
        Moving a cell in a report list. 

    (B) Format

        rpt_mv  <key>  [ <after> ]

    (C) Parameters
       <key>
          Designate the identifier of a schedule cell to be moved. 
       <after>
          Designate a destination of the cell in a report list 
          by the identifier of another cell in a report cell. 
          The moved cell is placed immediately after the destination. 
          If <after> is not specified, a cell is placed 
          at the beginning of the report list. 
          If there is not a cell that has a specified identifier, 
          it is placed at the end of the report list.
