Fumio Hattori

Biography

Fumio Hattori is the executive manager of Computer Science Laboratory, NTT Communication Science Laboratories. He received his B.E. and M.E. degrees in 1973 and 1975, respectively, from Department of Electrical Engineering, Waseda University. After joining to NTT, he engaged in the research and development on database systems, expert system tools, and AI applications. His research interests include intelligent systems, software agents, multi-agent system, social interaction, and socialware.
