Profile

Kazumi Saito received the B.S. degree from Keio University in 1985 and the PhD degree from University of Tokyo in 1998. In 1985, he joined the Electrical Communication Laboratories, NTT. Currently, he is a senior research scientist in NTT Communication Science Laboratories.
